THE ARC LAUNCH PROCESS
The ARC launch model has been proven through the launch of hundreds of churches. These churches have record-breaking launch day attendance and long-term success that exceeds national averages. ARC has developed a process to make that possible.
Connect & Apply
Get in touch with ARC & complete an application to launch a church. This step allows us to get to know more about you. Once your application is approved, you and your spouse will be invited to a Launch Assessment Event.
Through the application and assessment process, we evaluate three key areas that we feel help determine your readiness to start a church; Marriage, Money, and Ministry. Our goal is to equip healthy couples to plant healthy churches.
Train
Once your application is approved, you will gain access to ARC All Access, our online training platform, to begin building your launch plan. In addition to the training you receive at the ARC Launch Intensive, ARC All Access includes extensive training courses, a digital training manual, a library of resources, and resource partners. You can move at your own pace as you train on various topics leading up to launch day and beyond.
Coach
As you move forward through the launch process, we will connect you with a regional ARC Launch Coach. Our coaches are church planters who have been through the ARC Launch training process are now pastoring a thriving church.
You will participate in private coaching calls, and you and your coach will work through your launch plan. They will offer feedback and recommendations as you prepare for your launch and ensure that you are fully equipped by your launch day.
Launch
As you prepare to launch, you will need to meet certain milestones required to receive funding from ARC. These are healthy goals that will set you up for a strong launch.
ARC will match rand-for-rand the money raised to go towards your launch. The funding you receive has been given by pastors that have gone before you, and we ask that you re-invest through your giving so that others coming after you will have this same opportunity.
