As you’ll see below, there are a variety of ways to connect – Onsite Intensive Trainings, local Meet-Ups, and our annual conferences. There’s no reason for anyone to feel they have to do ministry alone! Here’s what’s coming up at ARC.
WHY ARC
One Day Event
WHY ARC is a one day event for anyone who would like to find out more about ARC, our online training process and how you can partner with us to see more life-giving churches planted throughout our beautiful country. During this event you will connect with other great pastors and leaders and be equipped on different aspects of leading a life-giving church. We would love to meet you and do ministry together!

Launch Intensive Training

Please note: Step 1: Apply must be completed and APPROVED by December 31st, 2019 in order to register for this Launch Intensive. You also need to attend the WHY ARC event the day before.

Meet-Ups
We currently don’t have any Meet-Ups scheduled but don’t worry, we will be having one soon!
Meet-Ups are a great opportunity for churches that are already planted to connect with and learn from the life-giving model that ARC is so well known for. At our Meet-Ups there will be training for you and your teams so you can implement change in your church. Meet-Ups are a half-day to one-day teaching environment, highlighting strategy for growing a life- giving church, building relationships and an invitation to join the ARC family.
If you are a potential church planter then you are welcome to attend our Meet-Ups for support and training.

GROW Conference 2020
Two Day Conference
At the GROW conference, pastors & leaders will learn about the proven systems and structures of Church of the Highlands in Birmingham, USA. Members of the Highlands team will train on the following four key ministry areas:
– Weekend Services
– Growth Track
– Small Groups
– Dream Team
GROW is an initiative of Church of the Highlands to help churches under 1,000 in weekly attendance break that barrier.
